We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new racket or footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original box, ensuring rackets are protected and footwear includes the original shoe box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
